📋 PATCH TEST & CONSULTATION
Patch test is advised for lash extensions, lash lifts and any tinting treatments and should take place no later than 24 hours prior to your appointment. This is to make sure you are not sensitive to the products I use. It is also important to make you aware that reactions can and may occur at any given time and sensitivity can be developed over time. This is a risk you as a client will take at each appointment & need to be aware of. If you have ever had an allergic reaction to any product please let me know before a patch test.
💵BOOKING FEE
A 50% non-refundable booking fee is required at the time of booking for ALL treatments. This amount will be deducted from the overall price of your treatment(s). Your appointment will not be confirmed until the booking fee is paid. Booking fees may be transferred if rescheduling happens before the 48-hour cancellation period. Booking fees can be paid by completing a booking online, by credit card, PayPal, bank transfer or cash. Card details are not stored and are processed while you wait.
⚠️CANCELLATIONS
I know things crop up and I understand busy lives can mean changes to your schedule, but if you are unable to attend your appointment please notify me as soon as you can. A minimum of 48 hours notice before the appointment time is required for any rearrangements. Cancellations or amendments including cancelling part of a treatment with less than 48 hours notice or unattended appointments will result in the loss of your booking fee.
Cancellations or no shows on the day of the treatment will result in the loss of your booking fee and the remaining balance of the missed appointment must be paid before any future appointments are booked.
🚫NO REFUNDS - no exceptions apply
Under no circumstances will refunds be given, in the unlikely event you are not entirely happy with the outcome of your treatment you will need to inform me before leaving the treatment room or within 2 days of the appointment. Any issues that arise after treatment need to be reported back to me directly within 48hrs so that we can address accordingly - this is the time frame in which any irritation, reactions or adhesive bonding issues would become present.
💖 YOUR HEALTH
Please be aware medication and certain illnesses can sometimes affect the treatment outcome such as causing irritation, be less effective or not lasting as long. If you have recently undergone chemotherapy it is advised to wait for at least 18 months to allow your immune system, health & sensitivity of your hair and skin to return to normal. Any eye infections such as conjunctivitis is highly contagious and I therefore will not be able to provide you with any treatments and you will need to seek medical advice. Once your symptoms have been treated and completely cleared then a minimum of 2 weeks after is required before you can attend any treatments. You must be over 18 years old (otherwise a signature from your parent/guardian must be obtained), not pregnant or have any medical/physical conditions that would affect you from laying still (such as back issues). Please inform me at the time of booking if you feel there may be a factor that may affect your treatment.
📆ATTENDING APPOINTMENTS
Please arrive on time. Being late for more than 15 minutes without notice will result in cancellation and will count as a no show. In this case, you will be required to pay the remaining balance of the missed appointment and to pay upfront for any future bookings.
Please attend your appointment completely make-up free to help the treatment be effective.
For the duration of all treatments your eyes must remain closed & relaxed due to sharp tools being used for precise application & fumes from the products. Please feel free to bring along headphones to your appointment so you can listen to music etc.
💧 AFTERCARE
Cleaning lash extensions must be done daily.
Not cleaning or brushing your extensions will NOT make them last longer as not taking care of them will cause premature hair-loss and will put you at high risk of eye infections.
Aftercare kits can be purchased at the time of your appointment.
⏳ INFILLS
It is recommended to have your infills every 2-3 weeks, however every client is different due to lash cycle, skin types, medication & aftercare factors, therefore the above recommendations are guidelines only. We will be able to determine after 2-4 regular appointments how often infill appointments are needed. Regular appointments are advised to be booked in advance to ensure you get preferred times. Under no circumstances do I infill others work, please make me aware of this at time of booking.
To qualify for an Infill you must have 40% of extensions remaining which have been applied by myself. If you are a new client with existing lashes from elsewhere these will need to be removed, ready for a full set which can be done on the same day as your full set.
🏠THE TREATMENT ROOM is located within Amesbury House of Perfection. If you arrive early, please wait in the designated waiting area upstairs. Other salon workers and clients may be in the salon when you come for your appointment. They respect our privacy but you may hear them occasionally.
🚗 PARKING behind the salon is free, however, spaces are limited, therefore it is advised to leave plenty of time for parking in one of the Pay-and-Display car parks next to the salon.
